Plant Material Warranty Doctor’s Lawn & Landscape, Inc. guarantees nursery stock for one year from date of purchase – see details listed below. We believe in and stand behind the quality of our plant material. Selected nursery stock which fails to survive through the first year will be replaced at no charge to the original purchaser. Warranty claims must be accompanied by the original paid sales receipt. Cash and carry purchases will only be honored when the dead plant, complete with root ball is returned to place of purchase. Warranty is based upon the original purchase price paid. There is no return cash value stated or implied on the Plant Material Warranty. Any outstanding account balances must be paid in full prior to Warranty Claim.

When Doctor’s Lawn & Landscape, Inc. installs plant materials, select plant material will be replaced at no additional charge within one year. Replacement plants do not carry any warranty for future replacements. If a different variety of plant is selected, the difference between the original purchase price with installation and the new price with installation will need to be paid prior to replacing the plant. There is no cash value on Plant Warranty. No refunds will be made due to lower current pricing due to sales or other advertised or store discounts.

Doctor’s Lawn & Landscape, Inc. guarantees that all nursery stock is true to name and in healthy growing condition when leaving our nursery. Remember your plant material is an investment in your property. Ask your sales associate for details on caring for your investment.
